I'm not to excited with this week's sales, but you can ALWAYS get something for free. :) I'm highlighting the deals in red which I feel are must do's.  If not for yourself, then to give to a neighbor or to the pantry especially the detergent. It only costs us 50cents, but to alot of people, they have a hard time affording detergent.

For me personally, the ONLY thing I will be buying out of this is the Reynold's Wrap.  55ft for $1.99, I'm good with that. Especially since the Holidays are right around the corner.

These also have store coupons inside the flyer.  None, I'm impressed with except the Kraft Cheese.  After coupon, the cheese is 99cents you can also use the $5/5 coupon from here.
